This is a Pico game designed for the "Multi-Drive" Pico accessory. In emulation, it ends up working very similarly to how the Drive Pico works on Kega Fusion, oddly enough.
In this game you pilot multiple kinds of vehicles, including a bulldozer, steamroller, train and helicopter, to complete typical Pico kid-friendly minigames.
