So after that... I figured I'd try going back and recalling the other ones I played. So, the Title screen music for Pokemon Stadium? It hardly ever goes for more than like 20 seconds, but after playing the rip the whole way through, it is apparently Pai-chan's theme from Virtua Fighter II. uh, wha? What a strange choice.
